The chemical information service answers to questions relating to the REACH, CLP and Biocidal Products Regulations. Our aim is to help businesses to understand their obligations under the Regulations, but we cannot advise on business-specific issues.

We aim to respond to all enquiries submitted using the contact form within one week. We will send the answer to the email address provided. You can also submit a call back request via the contact form. We recommend using the contact form so that we can familiarise ourselves with your issue before responding and ensure that we can serve you as well as possible.
