Changing contact information in the responsibility mark
You can report a new contact person for a responsibility mark or update contact information in the Tukes e-service.
Changing contact information in the responsibility mark is free of charge.
Please follow the instructions
- Go to the e-service, select “Tukes-palvelut” (Tukes services) in the list and then “Nimileima-asiat” (Responsibility mark). Log in using your online banking codes or a mobile certificate and select “Nimileiman yhteystietojen muuttaminen” (Changing contact information in the responsibility mark).
- Please enter carefully the information requested in the online form and click “Lähetä” (Send).
- Once Tukes has processed the case, you will receive a notification in the e-service.
Please note! This form cannot be used to transfer a responsibility mark to another company. If you want to transfer your responsibility mark, use the following instructions: How to transfer a responsibility mark from one company to another.
