Detailed verification instructions
The regulations on verification do not regulate the method of verification of the measuring system in detail. The purpose of accrediting the operation of inspection bodies is to demonstrate the competence of the inspection body and ensure that it complies with all regulations and agreements that guide the operations.
In order to ensure that the measuring system verification procedures are consistent across all operators in the field, the inspection bodies drew up joint approved memorandums, in which jointly agreed specifications to verification procedures were collected.
The agreement on consistent procedures has proved necessary. It is good that in addition to the regulations, all inspection bodies follow the more detailed procedures collected in the attached memorandum in the verification of measuring systems.
