What to do if you are dissatisfied with the quality of a service If you are dissatisfied with the content, implementation or quality of the consumer service you have acquired, but the service provided has not posed danger or risk to health or property, first negotiate with the service provider. If necessary, you can get assistance for the negotiations from the Consumer Advisory Service
Report your observations – and help others at the same time If you suspect that a service you are using may constitute a risk to your health or property report it to Tukes.
