Reinstating the responsibility mark
The holder of a responsibility mark may apply for reinstatement of a responsibility mark in the register within one year of the end of registration.
A party can apply for reinstatement of a responsibility mark in the register especially if the registration of the responsibility mark has not been renewed within the registration period for some reason, but there is still a desire to continue using it. It is also possible to apply for reinstatement of responsibility marks with symbols in the register.
Apply for reinstatement of a responsibility mark in the e-service using the form Application for a new responsibility mark or for reinstatement of a responsibility mark (in Finnish). Identify yourself in the e-service using online banking codes or a mobile certificate.
